Memory device that combines fast read performance up to 133MHz with fast program and erase time

     Alliance Memory AS25F Serial NOR flash combines fast read performance up to 133MHz with fast program and erase time. The device operates from a single 1.6V to 3.6V power supply in an 8-pin SOP wide-body (209mils) and 8L WSON (6.0mm x 5.0mm) package in the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The solution supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes and provides reliable long-term performance with 100,000 program/erase cycles and 10 years of data retention.

     Alliance Memory AS25F Serial NOR flash supports uniform 4KB or 32KB or 64KB erasing, provides 8/16/32/64byte packaged burst read patterns, and has program/erase pause and restore capabilities. Advanced security features include block protection and 4k bit secure OTP to protect content from malicious access and unintentional programming and deletion.

     With enhanced performance, the AS25F flash products are designed to meet the needs of the computer, consumer, communications, Internet of Things and mobile markets.
