     Microchip Technology PIC32CM Lx ultra-low power MCU is a 32-bit MCU based on Arm Cortex-M23 kernel. The PIC32CM Lx MCU integrates innovative features to meet the challenges of the Internet of Things, consumer electronics, industrial and healthcare markets. These MCUS enable outstanding integration of touch, security and intelligent analog capabilities in a single ultra-low power device. The PIC32CM Lx MCU operates at frequencies up to 48MHz and has memory configurations up to 512KB of flash memory and 64KB of SRAM.

     PIC32CM Lx MCU uses picoPower technology and flexible power saving mode to achieve energy saving design. These devices are supported by power debugging and data visualization tools to monitor and analyze power consumption in real time. These features help quickly optimize system design, thereby reducing power consumption and significantly extending battery life.

     The PIC32CM Lx MCU integrates an enhanced peripheral touch controller (PTC) with excellent water resistance and noise resistance. These devices are powered by Microchip Technology touch configurators and touch libraries, making it easy to add aesthetically pleasing touch interfaces to applications.

     Microchip Technology PIC32CM Lx MCU is packaged with 48 and 64 pin VQFN and 48, 64 and 100 pin TQFN. The 48-pin and 64-pin VQFN packages feature wettable flanks for automatic optical detection (AOI).
