     Microchip Technology's PIC32CM LE00, LS00, and LS600 (PIC32CM Lx) ultra-low power microcontrollers. Offering 32-bit performance and ultra-low power consumption while offering memory configurations of up to 512KB flash memory and 64KB SRAM, the series offers three different product options for designers looking to address challenges in the Internet of Things, consumer, industrial and medical markets. Offers similar security features such as secure boot and Arm TrustZone technology, while the PIC32CM LE00 is a universal microcontroller option with flexible package variants.

     Each microcontroller offers a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M23 CPU that runs at a maximum frequency of 48MHz. These devices are based on picoPower technology and provide fast wake times of 1.5μS, as well as sleepwalking and event system peripherals fully supported by Microchip's power debugger and data visualization tools. All three products include on-chip analog operational amplifier Dacs and ADCs that operate in sleep mode and interface with a variety of sensors. Other notable features of the series include its excellent capacitive Touch feature, which offers enhanced PTC, Driven Shield+, and the ability for designers to add buttons, wheels, surfaces, and sliders to smartwatches, headsets, fitness trackers, and other peripherals.

     Offering the most robust security feature set in the device family, the PIC32CM LS60 is one of the industry's first MCUS to combine security subsystem and Arm TrustZone technology in a single package, enabling the CPU to be divided into "secure" and "unsecured" zones. The device integrates an enhanced peripheral touch controller with a drive shield + element that blocks false touches due to dampness.
