Microsemi Corporation announces new Timberwolf audio processor products designed specifically for Ambarella camera System-on-a-chip (SoC). Meco Semi uses custom technology to create best-in-class high-definition (HD) audio solutions for the Ambarella video processor suite. The new audio processor is designed with AcuEdge Acoustic technology on top of the company's innovative Timberwolf digital Signal Processor (DSP) platform and features a fully integrated set of complex algorithms that allow users to extract understandable information from the audio environment in which they communicate.

Microsemi Corporation's new ZL38AMB device offers unlicensed, no-royalty smart audio algorithms, and its comprehensive AcuEdge suite comes with complementary reference designs and easy-to-use development tools, such as the MiTuner™ Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) tuning kit. Can speed up the speed of customers to market.

The Microsemi Corporation ZL38AMB device is an advanced wideband acoustic echo canceller designed to provide advanced echo cancellation, noise reduction, beamforming and sound positioning detection for the increasingly demanding IP camera and wearable product markets. The new devices boast important functional improvements to meet the growing needs in this field. According to the latest data from market research firm IHS, the market for IP cameras and wearable imaging products reached a total of 21.6 million shipments in 2014 and is expected to continue to grow 30% annually over the next four years, reaching more than 91 million shipments annually by 2018.
