Monocular zoom microscope for quality inspection and remote visual inspection

     Titan Tool Supply has introduced the ZMM-1 industrial inspection monocular zoom microscope. The model is designed to provide manufacturers of smaller components and materials with accurate, reliable, real-time quality control and remote visual inspection capabilities throughout the production cycle. Offering a zoom ratio of 1:4, the microscope provides constant focal length, highly advantageous depth of field, a large field of view of 15x magnification, and higher magnification, with a smaller field of view of 60x as the standard.

     When used with the optional 20x eyepiece, it enables reliable and accurate remote visual inspection of the workpiece at up to 120x extended magnification - all without the need to change lenses. Microscopes can be operated in a vertical or horizontal position. The device is mounted on a desktop strut bracket with an additional optional extension rod length.

     Typical applications of this equipment include root cause assessment for failures of microcomponents, including pin cracks, cast blowholes, welds and welding problems; As well as the manufacturing, assembly, welding of sensors and microelectronic components, welding and integrated circuit manufacturing, assembly, testing and quality inspection.
