Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6527 Half-Bridge Motor Drivers are ten-channel, half-bridge DMOS output drivers with integrated power MOSFETs. These motor drivers achieve up to 0.8A of output current (IOUT) across a wide 5.5V to 40V input voltage (VIN) range

Monolithic Power System (MPS) MP6527 half bridge motor driver is a 10 channel, half bridge DMOS output driver and integrated success rate mosfet. These motor drivers achieve an output current (IOUT) of up to 0.8A in the input voltage (VIN) range of 5.5V to 40V. The standard serial data interface controls ten half bridges respectively, and each half bridge has various diagnostic functions.

These drives are characterized by low quiescent current (IQ) in standby mode. Complete protection functions include short circuit protection (SCP), over temperature protection (OTP), undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection, overvoltage lockout (OVLO) protection and thermal shutdown alarm. The MP6527 motor driver can be used in the TSSOP-28EP package and only requires a minimum number of off the shelf standard external components.
