Monolithic Power Supply System (MPS) MPQ7235 Automotive infrared LED driver provides a high frequency, synchronous, rectifier, step-down, switching mode LED device with integrated power mosfet. The MPQ7235 provides 1.5A continuous output current (ILED) and 3A LED peak current (IPEAK). The device achieves excellent load and line regulation over a wide input power supply range. High efficiency is achieved through synchronous mode operations.

Monolithic Power Supply System (MPS) MPQ7235 Automotive infrared LED driver provides a high frequency, synchronous, rectifier, step-down, switching mode LED device with integrated power mosfet. The MPQ7235 is AEC-Q100 certified and comes in a space-saving QFN-13 (2.5mm x 3mm) package that requires a minimum number of standard external components.

The MPQ7235 provides 1.5A continuous output current (ILED) and 3A LED peak current (IPEAK). The device achieves excellent load and line regulation over a wide input power supply range. High efficiency is achieved through synchronous mode operations. The MPS MPQ7235 automotive infrared LED driver achieves low pulse-width modulation (PWM) dimming frequency with a small dimming duty cycle.

In addition, the device provides PWM dimming frequencies as low as 10Hz to regulate infrared radiation (IR) LED driver applications. It is compatible with 30fps, 60fps and 120fps dimmers. The MPQ7235 provides fast transient response and simplifies loop stabilization through current-mode operation. Complete protection features such as overcurrent protection (OCP) and hot downtime.
