Morse Microelectronics has partnered with Yuanwei Communications to bring Wi-Fi HaLow to market

     Morse and Quectel Wireless Solutions, a global Internet of Things solutions provider, announced a strategic partnership to deliver Wi-Fi HaLow solutions to the market. Through the partnership, Yuanwei Communications will integrate Morse Microelectronics' 802.11ah Wi-Fi HaLow technology into new modules designed for consumer, industrial, agricultural and other use cases.

     This FGH100M product is a new type of long-distance, low-power Wi-Fi HaLow module, which conforms to the IEEE 802.11ah standard. It runs in the frequency band of 850-950MHz, the channel width is 1/2/4/8MHz, the maximum output power is 21dBm, and the maximum theoretical transmission rate is 32.5Mbps. With an ultra-compact appearance of 13.0 mm ×13.0 mm ×2.2 mm, the FGH100M can be optimized and effectively reduce the size and design cost of the final product to fully meet the needs of small and micro applications.
