Murata SCR410T-K03 gyroscope adopts high-performance angular velocity sensor element based on Murata capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is completed in a mixed signal ASIC, which can provide angular velocity and acceleration output through flexible SPI digital interface. SCR410T-K03 series has ± 300 °/s X axis or X/Z axis angular rate measurement range and 3V to 3.6V power supply voltage. These gyroscopes encapsulate the sensor elements and ASIC into a coated SOIC-16W plastic housing, which can operate reliably throughout the life of the product.

The Murata SCR410T-K03 gyroscope features a high-performance angular velocity sensor element based on Murata capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. These gyroscopes are Murata's SCC400T series. Signal processing is done in a mixed-signal ASIC that provides angular velocity and acceleration output through a flexible SPI digital interface.

SCR410T-K03 series has ±300°/s X axis or X/Z axis angular rate measurement range and 3V to 3.6V power supply voltage. These gyroscopes encapsulate the sensor element and ASIC in a clad SOIC-16W plastic housing for reliable operation throughout the product life. This rugged SMD package is also suitable for lead-free welding processes. Case dimensions are 10.4mm x 7.65mm x 2.3mm (L x W x H). SCR410T-K03 series conforms to the RoHS instruction and ELV instruction, operating temperature range is -40°C to +110°C.

The Murata SCR410T-K03 gyroscope is ideal for applications requiring high stability in harsh environments. Industrial applications include robot control systems, machine control systems, platform stability and control, and motion analysis and control.
