In addition, by placing the op amp near the electrode and forming a shielding layer with a multilayer structure, the signal interference caused by the noise caused by bending and stretching and the mixing of external interference noise can be suppressed. In addition, Murata has taken steps to prevent the problem of insufficient insulation between wiring when using TPU boards by using substrates that guarantee high insulation even at high humidity.
