NXP's i.Mexrt117H MCU is the ideal choice for embedded intelligent human-computer interaction applications

     NXP Semiconductors' edgerady Intelligent human-machine interface solution utilizes the i.mmx RT117H cross MCU, allowing developers to quickly and easily implement multi-modal, intelligent, hands-free functionality, Including machine learning (ML) vision for face and gesture recognition, far-field voice control, and 2D graphical user interfaces (GUIs) in products. These features can be mixed and matched to simplify the entire system design by simply using an NXP high-performance crossover MCU.

     i.MX RT117H is a member of the edgerady family of i.MX RT1170 crossover mcu for embedded intelligent human-computer interaction applications. It features NXP's advanced Arm Cortex-M7 core (operating at speeds up to 1ghz) and an efficient Cortex-m4 core (up to 400mhz) to deliver high performance and real-time response. In addition to its turnkey visual/voice algorithm, GUI capabilities, and software framework thanks to its preemptive multitasking and dual-core architecture, the i.MX RT117H provides users with available CPU, memory resources, and a wealth of peripherals. These features provide maximum flexibility for users to customize and define products in different use cases.

     The SLN-TLHMI-IOT development kit implements NXP's intelligent HMI solution based on i.MX rt117h. The kit supports several apps out of the box (which can be selected by holding down SW1, SW2, or SW3 on the back of the kit when launching the kit), including coffee makers, elevators, and smart home panels (the first two are pre-flashing with the kit, while the latter can be downloaded from GitHub).
