     The Texas Instruments REF35 Ultra Low Power High Precision Voltage reference is a nanometer power, low drift, high precision reference device with an initial accuracy of ±0.05% and a power consumption typically less than 700nA. Low temperature drift (10ppm/°C) and long-term drift (1000hrs 20ppm) ensure system stability and reliability.

     Low power consumption combined with high precision specification of REF35 components suitable for a variety of portable and low current applications. The Texas Instruments REF35 Ultra low power precision reference voltage operates from -40°C to +125°C and functions from -55°C to +125°C. Wide temperature range, suitable for industrial applications.

     The REF35 provides up to 10mA of current, 8.5ppm(p-p) noise and 30ppm/mA load regulation. With this feature set, the REF35 creates a powerful low-noise high-precision power source for precision sensors and 12-16b data converters. The REF35 assembly offers a wide range of output voltage variations from 1.024V to 5.0V and offers a space-saving SOT23-6 pin package.
