New generation N-channel enhanced mode MOSFET

The Diode Company DMTH8001STLW Automotive Enhanced MOSFET is an n-channel MOSFET with low pass resistance (1.1 milliohm typical, 1.7 milliohm Max) and superior switching performance. DMTH8001STLW drain-source voltage is 80V, drain current is 1µa, drain current is zero, drain current is ±100nA. The unit is AEC-Q101 compliant, supported by PPAP and optimized for automotive applications.

Diode incorporated DMTH8001STLW enhanced mode MosFETs deliver thermal efficiency and compact PowerDI 1012-8 (TOLL) package. The design processing current is up to 300A, and the TOLL package occupies 20% less PCB area than the industry standard TO263. The TOLL Package has an exterior plate profile of 2.4mm, ideal for compact and high-density designs. TOLL's low package inductance provides improved EMI performance, and tinned groove leads ensure automatic optical detection (AOI) requirements are met.
