New type of current sensor electric vehicle test bed and battery test

     Danisense has released the latest current sensor, mainly for electric vehicle test bench and battery test and evaluation system. More target applications of this product are power measurement and power analysis, MPS for particle accelerator, gradient amplifier for MRI equipment, precision driver and current calibration.

     The DN1000ID current sensor provides a 41.2mm large aperture, allowing the power cord with a large power connector to be easily installed on the electric vehicle test bench, providing fast switching. Large aperture is a crucial advantage, because the problem that the test bench operators often face is that the power connector installed on the power line is larger than the diameter of the cable, which makes it challenging to install them in the aperture of the current sensor, and often requires additional work to solve this problem.

     Loic Moreau, sales and marketing director of Danisene, commented: "Our new DN1000ID device now provides the best compromise between 1000A nominal current and aperture size, maintaining the best measurement accuracy and phase shift performance." Like all company's products, the current sensor benefits from the high stability closed-loop fluxgate technology.
