The Nexperia PSMN1R9 and PSMN2R3 n-channel mosfeTs are designed for ultra-high performance and reliability. The Nexperia PSMN device is part of the Nexperia application-specific MOSFET (ASFET) family. These MosFeTs are specifically designed for hot-swap and soft-start applications and operate at temperatures up to 175°C.
With low RDSon and enhanced safe workspace performance, these devices are ideal for demanding power management applications. The MOSFET Copper clip LFPAK88 package is highly reliable, very rugged and can handle high surge current during on-off. With low RDSon and optimized efficiency, the PSMN1R9 and PSMN2R3 are excellent solutions for power management systems
