Nexperia introduces 175 ° C diodes and transistors packaged in SOT23

     Nexperia announced that key components in its family of high-performance, general-purpose transistors and switching diodes packaged in SOT23 are now fully established to operate at temperatures up to 175 ° C. The product range includes the industry's most popular high-speed switching diode BAS16/21 and BC807/817 general-purpose transistors.

     The 175 ° C SOT23 device also has 25% higher Ptot (total power consumption) than the base 150 ° C rated component. This enables customers to achieve high-temperature designs for applications under the hood, including transmission and motor drives, as well as LED lighting and other industrial uses. These devices are also AEC-Q101 compliant and have high reliability in vehicle specification class.

     With these latest releases, Nexperia is further refining its 175 ° C diode and transistor portfolio, which now covers all performance levels up to 15A. Packages available in the 175℃ product family include DFN without a lead, SMD with clipbond FlatPower (CFP) and LFPAK packages.
