OmniVision introduces the first automotive scale LCD display PMIC- WXD3137Q. The PMIC is rigorously AEC-Q100 certified, integrates VPOS and VNEG outputs, and supports VGH/VGL expansion with a minimum fixed switching frequency of 1.15MHz. It can support forced PWM(FPWM) or Power saving mode(PSM). In addition, the WXD3137Q has extremely low turn-off current (0.05uA typical) and static current (300uA typical), and built-in undervoltage, overvoltage, short circuit and overtemperature protection.

WXD3137Q has obvious advantages in the flexibility and reliability of the on-board screen, the chip integrates two positive and negative pressure power supplies to power the display Source chip, and also supports the expansion of the external two-way charge pump architecture to generate VGH/VGL power supplies to power the display Gate chip. It supports flexible configuration of output voltage, start and off timing, and effectively ADAPTS to all sizes of vehicle LCD display applications.
In addition, the WXD3137Q's comprehensive protection features include UVLO (undervoltage lock), OVP (overvoltage protection), OCP (overcurrent protection) and OTP (overtemperature protection), ensuring product reliability and safety.
