Onsemi NCP731 Low Noise CMOS LDO voltage regulator

ON's NCP731 low noise CMOS LDO voltage regulator is designed for up to 38V input and 150mA output current. The NCP731 regulator features low noise, low static current, fast transient response, and a high input/output voltage range. Internal short-circuit and overheat protection protects the device from overload conditions.

ON's NCP731 LDO regulator has low noise (8µVRMS), making it an ideal solution for applications where system performance is critical. These applications include power operational amplifiers (OpAmps), analog-to-digital converters (ADC)/ digital-to-analog converters (DAC) and other precision analog circuits.
