Panasonic TDC Conducting polymer tantalum solid state capacitor

Panasonic TDC POSCAP Conducting Polymer tantalum solid state capacitors are ideal for use in environments requiring high temperatures and up to 1000 hours of durability. The series features a high voltage range of 16V to 25V and a wide capacitance range of 15F μF to 150μF in a small surface-mount package of 7.3mm x 4.3mm x 3.0mm (L x W x H).

These capacitors use sintered tantalum as an anode system and a highly conductive polymer (made using Panasonic's unique method) as a cathode system. Panasonic TDC POSCAP conducting polymer tantalum solid capacitors offer low equivalent series resistance (ESR), excellent high frequency characteristics, high reliability and heat resistance. Operating in a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, the series is ideal for noise reduction and power line voltage smoothing in high-load current applications such as USB Type-C™, accelerators, and edge servers.
