Panasonic extends its TPE line of POSCAP conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitors. The POSCAP TPE series offers more than 100 unique part numbers and is ideal for a variety of applications.

Panasonic expanded the POSCAP conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitor product line of TPE series. The POSCAP TPE series offers more than 100 unique part numbers and is ideal for a variety of applications.

The POSCAP capacitor uses sintered tantalum as the anode system, and uses the highly conductive polymer made by Panasonic's unique method as the cathode system. This makes POSCAP capacitors thin and small, with low ESR (equivalent series resistance), high ripple current ratings, and excellent high-frequency characteristics. These characteristics make POSCAP resistors one of the best candidates for digital/high-frequency applications.

POSCAP TPE series provides D and B housing sizes, with ESR as low as 7 m Ω and ripple current rating of 4.4 ARMS at most With high reliability and proven performance, TPE series is an ideal capacitor for servers, base stations and industrial applications
