Parker Hannifin announces VA Series next generation load induction valves for walking machinery

     Parker Hannifin, a pioneer in motion and control, announced the VA series of next-generation pre-compensated load sensing (LS) valves designed for the rigor of walking machinery applications. With the VA series, Pike is able to continue to provide high-end solutions to its customers, including the use of different functional spool, seamless integration of a variety of custom designed functional valve groups.

     VA series walking mechanical direction control valves have cutting-edge product performance, excellent mobility and robustness, greater flexibility, a higher degree of modularity. These valves are designed to meet the upcoming demands of challenging industries such as forestry, construction machinery, mining and material handling.

     The VA series is based on Parker Hannifin's premium L90LS and K220LS valves known for their ruggedness, controllability and flexibility. This series of the next generation of pre-compensation LS valve has been greatly improved, the degree of modularity, can provide customers with efficient solutions. These valves are designed to reduce installation space and increase installation possibilities, while optimizing channels to minimize flow loss.

     The VA series operating ports have a maximum flow rate of up to 450 l/min, taking performance to a new level after the K220LS valve. The VA series is optimized with features such as onboard electronics to meet Industry 4.0 or any other future needs related to the Internet of Things and diagnostics. In addition, the new valve family includes new hydraulic features -- proportional back pressure valves for active refill and preheating, and other improvements that herald the next generation of directional control valves for traveling machinery.
