Microchip Technology PIC18-Q71 28/40/44/48 pin microcontroller designed for high bandwidth mixed signal and sensor applications. The PIC18-Q71 MCU is well suited for use in the lighting, motor control, and medical segments. And an 8-bit virtual port module can connect digital peripherals without using external pins.

The analog focused Microchip PIC18-Q71 MCU consists of a 12-bit differential ADC (with computing and scene switching functions), two operational amplifiers, and a 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC). And two 8-bit DAC modules (with buffered output and internal connections to other peripherals) and two advanced high-speed analog comparators. In addition, these devices have analog peripheral managers for managing analog peripherals to optimize power consumption.
