Qorvo CMD328K3 low noise amplifier

     Qorvo CMD328K3 6GHz - 18GHz Low noise amplifier (LNA). The device is well suited for electronic defense and communication systems with small size and low power requirements.

     Qorvo CMD328K3 is a broadband MMIC LNA, operating frequency 6GHz to 18GHz, noise factor is only 1.4dB, and gain is greater than 27dB, the corresponding 1dB compression point output power is +12dBm. The device has a 50-ω matching design that eliminates the need for an external DC module or RF port matching.

     The CMD328K3 amplifier comes in a leadless 3mm × 3mm plastic surface-mounted air chamber package, making it an ideal alternative to hybrid amplifiers for applications such as X-band and Ku-band radars, satellite communications and electronic defense receivers.
