Qorvo QPF4526 Wi Fi 6 Front End Module

     QPF4526 Wi Fi 6 Front End Module (FEM) of Qorvo. This FEM uses 3 mm × The 3mm micro size can significantly reduce the space occupied by Wi Fi 6 (802.11ax) applications such as Internet of Things (IoT) client devices, wireless routers, user terminal devices and access points.

     Qorvo QPF4526 FEM integrates a 5 GHz power amplifier, a single pole double throw (SPDT) switch and a low-noise amplifier with bypass function. The power amplifier of this module is optimized for 5V supply voltage, which can save power while maintaining high linear output power and large throughput. This high-performance FEM provides 33dB transmission gain and 14.5dB reception gain, and the noise figure is 1.9dB.
