Qorvo QPF4532 integrated front-end module for Wi Fi 6 design

     Qorvo's QPF4532 Wi Fi 6 Integrated Front End Module (FEM). This module is specially designed for the new Wi Fi 6 (802.11ax) system and is suitable for residential gateway, wireless router, access point, Internet of Things (IoT) and other applications

     Qorvo QPF4532 FEM integrates 5.0 GHz power amplifier (PA), single pole double throw (SP2T) switch and bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) in a single device. The compact shape and integrated matching of QPF4532 can effectively reduce its board area in application. The device optimizes the power amplifier for 3.3 V supply voltage, which can reduce power consumption while maintaining high linear output power and excellent throughput. The design of the receiving path matches the advanced technology, so that QPF4532 can significantly improve the receiving sensitivity, reduce the noise figure to 2 dB, and maintain consistent performance under more diversified conditions.

     QPF4532 integrates chip level second and third harmonic filtering functions, as well as 2.4 GHz suppression function for dual frequency dual output (DBDC) operation. The device is halogen-free and lead-free, and integrated with a DC power detector, which can provide a voltage proportional to the output power on the transmission path.
