Qorvo QPF4658 Wi-Fi 6E Front-end module

     The Qorvo QPF4658 Wi-Fi 6E front-end module is an integrated front-end module (FEM) designed for use with Wi-Fi 6 and 6E (802.11ax) systems. The compact shape and integrated matching minimize the layout area in the application.

     The device is optimized for performance with a power amplifier that operates at 5V, thereby reducing power consumption and maintaining the highest linear output power and leading throughput. The optimization is carried out over a wide broadband range, enabling work on all channels from Unii 5-8 (5.9 to 7.1GHz).

     The device has an integrated core-level filter for second and third harmonics and 2.4GHz suppression for DBDC operation. Couplers with RF output and wide range are available with constant slope voltage logarithmic power detector for application feedback. The Qorvo QPF4658 integrates a 6-7 GHZ power amplifier (PA), a single-pole double-throw switch (SP2T), and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) in a single package.
