Qorvo QPF7250 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 7 and Wi-Fi 6 edgeBoost iFEM

     Qorvo QPF7250 Wi Fi 7 and Wi Fi 6 edgeBoost Integrated Front End Module (iFEM) are optimized for 802.11be and IEEE 802.11ax applications, combining the advantages of active components with edgeBoost filter technology. The QPF7250 integrates a 2.4GHz power amplifier (PA) with DC and RF power detectors, an FCC edgeBoost BAW filter, a transmit receive switch (SP2T), and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) in a single device. The compact shape and integrated matching of the device can minimize the application layout area and greatly reduce the number of external components.

     The performance of the QPF7250 iFEM focuses on optimizing the PA for 5V supply voltage to reduce power consumption. The device maintains high linear output power and excellent throughput in all Wi Fi channels from 1 to 11, and can meet FCC regulatory requirements without reducing transmission power. The receiving path is matched with the best technology to maximize Rx sensitivity by maintaining consistent noise figure performance under various conditions.

     The QPF7250 Wi Fi 7 edgeBust iFEM uses a compact 16 pad laminated package, which is halogen-free and lead-free, and complies with RoHS directives.
