Qorvo highly integrated DWM3000 RF module

      new DWM3000 RF module. This highly integrated device integrates DW3110 ultra -broadband (UWB) transceiver IC and power management, ceramic UWB patch antenna and crystal, which can be easily integrated into designs such as asset tracking, logistics, navigation, and factory automation.

     Qorvo DWM3000 RF module supports IEEE 802.15.4A and IEEE 802.15.4Z BPRF mode, with target positioning accuracy of 10 cm. The module supports the data transmission rate of 850 KBPS and 6.8 Mbps, and can provide global UWB support through the UWB channel 5 (6.5 GHz) and channel 9 (8 GHz). The module also supports flight time (TOF) and the time difference (TDOA) positioning architecture, which can exert efficient energy in navigation and tracking applications. This compact RF module is encapsulated with 24 pins 23 mm × 13 mm × 2.9 mm. The pin and size are compatible with the DWM1000 of Qorvo to support the UWB channel 5 operation.

     The DWM3000 module can be easily integrated with various microcontrollers to improve design flexibility.
