     Quectel has introduced six new antennas that provide powerful connectivity for iot devices. The new antennas cover a wide range of use cases from 5G to non-terrestrial networks (NTN), bringing new capabilities to customers.

     Quectel YC0001CA is a 4G surface Mount design (SMD) antenna optimized for LTE, LTE-M and narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) networks. Measuring just 35.0 x 8.5 x 3.0mm, the thin antenna operates in the 700-960 MHZ and 1710-2700 MHZ ranges, and is RoHS and REACH compliant for use in sensitive environments. In addition, the antenna is available in roll and reel form for high capacity applications and is compatible with all Quectel's 4G, 3G, 2G and LPWA iot modules.

     The Quectel YC0018CA is a 5G SMD antenna that covers the 5G New Radio (NR) sub-6 GHZ band. Depending on the ground plane, the antenna is designed to be mounted directly onto the printed circuit board (PCB) using the traditional PCB reflux process. The antenna measures 40.0 x 7.0 x 3.0 mm, operates at temperatures between -40°C and +85°C, and weighs 15 grams. The antenna can be tuned specifically for the final device environment through a simple PI-matching circuit, and when used with other 5G antennas, it can achieve multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) performance. The antenna is also available in reel and reel form and is also available with the YC0018CAEVB evaluation board.

     Quectel YECN028AA is a 5G or NTN external antenna that can support 410-470 MHZ, 617-960 MHZ and 1425-6000MHz frequency bands. With dimensions of 225 x 54.5 x 13.0mm, the antenna is IP66, RoHS and REACH compliant, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in sensitive environments. With high efficiency and high gain, the antenna provides a full range of high-speed data transmission and can be used in a variety of wireless devices such as access points, outdoor devices, real-time monitoring devices and many others.

     The Quectel YEMX223J1A is a 5G x 2 combination antenna that is IP67, RoHS and REACH compliant. The combined antenna measures 186.0 x 176.0 x 100.5mm and supports 410-470 MHZ, 617-960 MHZ, 1420-1520 MHZ, 1710-2690 MHZ, 3300-3800MHz and 4000-6000MHz frequency bands. The UWB antenna box also supports 2G and 3G networks as well as Cat-M and NB-IoT. The rod wall mounted omnidirectional antenna is designed for easy integration and can be connected via two cables of 450-5000mm. It has an IP67 and IP69K compliant housing for easy installation and durability. Quectel offers flexible installation options, including custom cable lengths and connector options.

     The Quectel YEMX425J1A is a 5G x 4 combination antenna measuring 186.0 x 176.0 x 150mm. The combined antenna supports the 410-470 MHZ, 617-2690MHZ and 3300-6000MHz bands and is compliant with both RoHS and REACH standards. Like YEMX223J1A, the antenna is compatible with 2G, 3G, Cat-M and NB-IoT, as well as Quectel's RM520x series iot modules. In addition, due to the IP67 and IP69K ASA housing, the combined antenna also offers excellent durability.

     Quectel's latest antenna family also includes the Quectel YSIS001AA metal spring antenna. The antenna operates in the 412-427MHz, 433-435MHz and 450-470MHz bands and is compatible with LTE B31 and EU433 applications. The RoHS and REACH compliant antenna measures 29.0 x 7.0 x 7.90mm and is mounted on the host equipment PCB using the traditional SMD reflux process to provide high efficiency.

     Like all Quectel antennas, these additions to the family receive Quectel's comprehensive antenna design support, which includes simulation, testing and manufacturing of custom antenna solutions to meet customers' specific application needs.
