RECOM LED driver chip certified by AEC-Q100

      RECOM has added the RPY-1.5Q series, which is an LED driver chip with high efficiency, high performance price ratio and rated current of 1.5A, to its product series. This product meets the requirements of AEC-Q100, and provides an optional "wettable side package" for automatic optical inspection (AOI). It uses a heat enhanced QFN package and an integrated shielding inductor, with a size of only 3 x 5 x 1.6 mm.

     The input voltage range of RPY-1.5Q is 4 to 36VDC, covering the nominal voltage of 5, 12 or 24V. The module can be adjusted for low constant current, PWM or 0-100% analog dimming. The working junction temperature range is - 40 ° C to+125 ° C, and it is equipped with initial energy input and fault flag indicator. The module provides complete protection functions, including input undervoltage, overheating, output short circuit and over-current protection.
