ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Class LM2903EYxxx-C EMARMOUR comparator

The ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Grade LM2903EYxxx-C EMARMOUR Ground Detection comparator is a high gain, monolithic IC that integrates two independent comparators on a single chip. The device has a wide operating voltage range of 3V to 36V.

The LM2903EYxxx-C is ideal for automotive requirements such as engine control units, electric power steering systems and anti-lock braking systems achieved through low power current. In addition, the ROHM LM2903EYxxx-C EMARMOUR comparator provides EMI tolerance benefits to easily replace traditional products or simplify EMI designs.
