The Renesas Electronics RA6E2 microcontroller is designed for high performance applications in a compact package. Renesas Electronics RA6E2 features a 200MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core, 256KB code flash memory, and 40KB SRAM. These devices have a variety of peripherals and safety features optimized for increased efficiency and performance. These 40nm process microcontrollers are ideally suited to meet the requirements of low memory, small package, low pin count, and low active power.
