Regulators also provide internal compensation. Bucks are synchronized to perform efficiently and can operate in harsh environments that require high ambient temperatures.

     The RAA271082 is packaged in a 4mm x 4mm 24-lead-in QFN (SCQFN) package with an exposed liner for improved thermal performance. The device is AEC-Q100 Level 1 certified with ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C and electrical specified junction temperatures ranging from -40°C to +150°C.
