Robust high-performance fanless embedded system

     Portwell, Inc. released web - 85h1, a high-performance, fanless box PC. The system uses the 10th generation Intel Core processor, integrates Intel UHD Graphics 630, supports high-resolution triple display output, and provides an excellent platform for applications with high performance and graphics requirements. The solution uses the 10th generation Intel Core platform (TDP 35W) to provide flexible connectivity and scalability.

     It is cost-effective enough to accommodate more and more edge applications and perform well in harsh environments. It provides powerful scalability and comprehensive functional interfaces. For connection, it provides 3x GbE LAN, Wi-Fi/BT module and LTE via M.2 (optional Wi-Fi/LTE antenna). As a monitoring system, it supports three 4K displays (1x HDMI 2.0, 1x HDMI 1.4, 1x DP).

     For storage capacity, it includes dual 2.5 "SSD and CFast slots. It also allows users to expand through M.2 and mPCIe to achieve additional dual SATA. In order to adapt to different applications and harsh environments, the solution conforms to IEC 61000-6-2/4 heavy industry certification, and has passed 1Grms/10-500Hz vibration test and 50G impact test and other high reliability tests.

     In addition to these certifications, its wide power input range (9-36V) and extended operating temperature (- 20C-60C) provide stability of its operation and functions in various key environments and harsh scenarios, including factory automation, intelligent warehouse, real-time traffic monitoring system and automatic sorting and grading applications.
