SCHURTER Launches New 4750 Series Multifunctional IEC Connector Module for Data Center Power Distribution

     In order to meet the high specificity requirements of power distribution in the data center, SCHURTER introduced its new 4750 series IEC Type F connector module. The module provides a variety of functions, including multiple sockets, backlight options, and terminal configurations, covering more standard solution types than any previous product. You can select 2 to 7 sockets, use bus or conventional terminal connection, status indicator light guide tube and three different colors to meet the general requirements; You can also customize it to meet the specific needs of power distribution unit applications.

     The 4750 series power strip integrates various functions neatly and compactly, saving space for power distribution units with dense components. In the complex distribution system, especially in the complex distribution system with a large number of power monitoring functions, the state visualization is very important. In addition to conventional modules without light guide tubes, 4750 series products provide light guide tubes of 1, 2, L and N standard specifications at all positions of output sockets. There are three options for backlight color: red, green and white. The integrated light guide can save the space required for separate LED installation, so that the number of sockets in the power distribution unit can be increased. To facilitate installation, the module is installed in a snap in manner, and different panel thicknesses are selected according to the length of the light guide tube. Bus L, N and/or PE terminals are available. In addition, it can also provide traditional welding, 4.8mm fast connection and PCB terminals, such as bus N and PE, and fast connection terminal L.

     4750 series products have obtained IEC/CCC 10A/250 VAC 50 Hz and UL 15A/250 VAC 60 Hz international safety certification. This series of products are compatible with all kinds of universal power cables, such as the Twylock with side lock and the power cable fixing products with V-Lock latch on the top lock. The color of the socket is black, gray and white.
