     STMicroelectronics M95P32 Ultra low power 32 Mb SPI page EEPROM optimized for mobile and wearable designs. M95P32 32 Mb SPI page EEPROM features a rich feature set, ultra-low power consumption and high memory density. The device combines patented e-STM 40nm non-volatile memory (NVM) cell technology with intelligent page architecture that combines the advantages of firmware's high memory density with byte flexibility and high durability to simplify data logging.

     The M95P3 also features fast read, erase, and programming cycles for fast uploads and downloads, which reduces manufacturing costs and reduces application downtime. Fast power-on and four-way output reading, faster application wake up.

     The M95P32 EEPROM provides byte and page write instructions (up to 512 bytes). Write instructions include self-timed automatic erase and programming operations to achieve flexible data byte management. The device also accepts the page/block/sector/chip erase command to set the memory to the erase state. The memory can then be programmed quickly with 512-byte pages and further optimized using "page programs with buffered loads" to hide the SPI communication latency.

     EEPROM is a multi-in-one memory designed for ultra-low power consumption, efficient data logging, and fast firmware upload/download, simplifying NVM integration, reducing BOM costs, and increasing efficiency.
