STMicroelectronics STM32C0x ArmCortex-M0 + 32-bit MCU

     The STMicroelectronics STM32C0x Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit MCU uses a high performance Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit RISC core with operating frequency up to 48MHz. The device is highly integrated and ideal for a variety of consumer, industrial and appliance applications. In addition, these MCUS can be used in Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.

     The STM STM32C0x Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit MCU combines a memory protection unit (MPUs), high-speed embedded memory (12kB SRAM and up to 32KB flash program memory with read/write protection), DMA and a variety of system features, enhanced I/O and peripherals. In addition, The MCU also features a standard communication interface (one I2C, one SPI/ one I2S and two USART), a 12-bit ADC (2.5 MSPS) with up to 21 channels, and a low power consumption RTC, an advanced control PWM timer, four universal 16-bit timers, two watchdog timers, and a SysTick timer.

     The STM32C0x MCU has an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and a power supply voltage range of 2.0V to 3.6V. The optimized dynamic power consumption and power saving mode can be combined to realize low power application design. The STM32C031x4/x6 is packaged with 20 to 48 pins, while the STM32C011x4/x6 is packaged with 8 to 20 pins.
