STMicroelectronics STM32H5 Arm®Cortex®-M33 32-bit MCU+FPU extends the STM32 high-performance portfolio and delivers enhanced performance and power efficiency. The STMicroelectronics STM32H5 features 128KB Flash, 32KB RAM, 25 to 64 pin WLCSP package, and LQFP profile. The series contains the Arm Cortex-M33 with DSP and floating point unit (FPU) running up to 250MHz.
