STMicroelectronics TSB582 is a unit gain stable dual operational amplifier with high voltage and large current capabilities, which has internal protection against overheating and current overload conditions, as well as enhanced ESD and RF noise immunity. Typically, up to 200 mA is output per channel to drive low resistance inductive loads such as angle resolvers, line output cables, and piezoelectric actuators.
The two large current output amplifiers of the TSB582 have the advantage of driving the load directly in the bridge mode, or allowing double output sink/pull current in parallel. TSB582 has two space saving packages, SO8 with bare pads, DFN8 with wettable wings and bare pads; Both can be used for automotive applications in the temperature range of - 40 ° C to+125 ° C.
