The Italian French semiconductor VIPower M0-9 device integrates functions such as ADC, PWM engine, priority manager and SPI interface or standard parallel interface.

The VIPower M0-9 technology features a 40V grooved vertical mosFETs, providing smarter devices capable of processing and monitoring the increasing amounts of data required by increasingly complex Advanced Driver assistance systems (ADAS). The technology includes requirements for autonomous driving. These devices combine highly efficient 40V grooved vertical mosFeTs with 3.3V digital logic and high-precision analog circuits.

These intelligent high-side drivers simplify the hardware and software design of electronic control units (ECUs) and improve system reliability. The device is designed for high-end connectivity for 12V battery-powered applications. Integrated pulse-width modulation (PWM) generator and priority management unit with channel conversion mediation and synchronization provide convenient and precise control signal processing capabilities at each output. In addition, these devices simplify AUTOSAR compliance by providing complex drivers that run independently of the application, thus simplifying software development.
