Sensirion Launches Online Gas Chromatograph for Natural Gas Analysis

     The new gas analyzer DynamiQ-X NG2210 can quickly and accurately monitor natural gas online, and provide calorific value for composition control and trade measurement handover. At the same time, DynamiQ-X NG2220 can use only one carrier gas to analyze hydrogen doped natural gas with concentration up to 20%.

     DynamiQ-X NG2210 and DynamiQ-X NG2220 can be integrated into many locations of natural gas infrastructure, including natural gas city gate station, mixing station, natural gas pressure regulating station, offshore oil and gas production system and electric to gas system. The volume of these two products is only 10 L, and the weight is less than 15 kg, which is convenient for transportation. Only local power supply or gas cylinders are needed, and they can be integrated into any place where analysis is needed

     Both products can accommodate two to three parallel working gas chromatographic units, and each unit can perform different gas chromatographic analysis under its own optimized conditions. Each unit contains an advanced microchip based sampler and thermal conductivity detector (TCD), as well as a small diameter capillary column that has been tested, and the best chromatographic conditions have been set. This configuration enables accurate measurement and rapid analysis in less than a minute.

     DynamiQ-X is a stand-alone working device, which can be continuously monitored by using an integrated processor on a forward-looking platform. At the same time, it includes a chromatographic box that is easy to replace, which can quickly realize local maintenance. In addition, the computer can be connected to the analyzer at any location through the network.
