Sensirion introduces new sensor solutions for ventilators

     Sensirion's dedicated R&D team has been working hard in recent weeks to develop a new respiratory device sensor that is both easy to integrate into the ventilator and has excellent scalability. Thanks to the tireless efforts of many team members, the SFM3019 flow sensor has now been successfully launched, which will help ventilator manufacturers realize the production of new equipment to meet the high demand of the market.

     The Sensirion flow sensor SFM3019 is available in both digital and analog versions. Like all other Sensori sensors for medical technology applications, the SFM3019 is based on proven CMOSens® technology. In addition, it is developed on the basis of existing components that have been tried and tested over many years, guaranteeing extremely high reliability and accurate measurement. The digital version can measure oxygen and air, as well as mixtures of the two, and ensure a fairly high degree of accuracy.
