Silicon Labs new SI828X version 2 Extended isolation gate driver product series

Silicon Labs has announced the addition of a new member to its isolated gate drive product line, Si828x version 2. This update enables the product family to achieve efficient silicon carbide (SiC) field-effect transistor (FET) gate drives to meet the evolving market for half-bridge and full-bridge inverters and power supplies that require increased power density, reduced operating temperatures, and reduced switching losses.

     Dedicated to establish Silicon Labs, a leading chip, software and solution supplier that is more intelligent and connected in the world. This update enables the product series to achieve efficient silicon carbide (SIC) field effect crystal tube (FET) gate driver, thereby meeting the continuous development of half -bridge and full bridge inverters and power markets.
