Silicon Mitus introduces a power management IC for automotive LCD displays

     Power management semiconductor IC design company Silicon Mitus has introduced the SM6751Q power management IC for automotive liquid crystal displays. The new IC not only effectively distributes and controls the power flow from the car battery to the vehicle screen, meeting the various power needs of the vehicle internal screen or related systems, but also complies with the international automotive IC Test and evaluation Certification AEC-Q100.

     The main advantages of SM6751Q are: support for 2.4 to 6V input range; Equipped with efficient Step-up Regulator and LDO Regulator; I2C-Programmable VCOM calibrator And in the way of memory integration to achieve a variety of protection functions, including detection of heat, high voltage, high current and so on.

     In addition, the SM6751Q also supports high-efficiency high-frequency Switching Regulator action, which can use small inductors, capacitors and other external devices to achieve optimal miniaturized space design and reduce costs. Currently, the SM6751Q is available in a 4x5mm QFN 28pin package.
