Silicon Motion Technology Corporation has announced full support for Changjiang Storage's Xtacking 3D NAND flash memory in its full line of master chips, including Changjiang Storage's newly developed 128-layer Xtacking 3D TLC/QLC flash provides a more complete and diversified storage solution for the global market.
