Single channel intelligent high side switch

Texas Instruments TPS281C30 High Side Switch is a single channel intelligent high side switch designed to meet the requirements of industrial control systems. The switch can withstand 60V voltage, with a 30mΩ on-resistance and 6A continuous load current. TPS281C30 Switch protection features include heat off, output clamp, and current limiting.

The device operates in the temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. The TPS281C30 switch also provides accurate load current detection to improve load diagnosis capabilities, such as overload and open load detection, for better predictive maintenance. The high-side switch can be used for digital output modules, safe torque off (STO), hold braking, universal resistors, inductors, and capacitive loads.
