Spectrum Instruments has announced the launch of seven new digitizers. This series of products simplifies automatic signal acquisition and analysis in the GHz(gigahertz) range. With a single Ethernet /LXI cable, the DN2.33x series can connect to desktops, laptops and even corporate networks.

Spectrum Instruments has announced the launch of seven new digitizers. This series of products simplifies automatic signal acquisition and analysis in the GHz(gigahertz) range. With a single Ethernet /LXI cable, the DN2.33x series can connect to desktops, laptops and even corporate networks. In addition, these instruments are small and lightweight, making them very portable. The new product uses state-of-the-art ADC technology for electronic signal acquisition, with sampling rates ranging from 3.2 GS/s to 10 GS/s, vertical resolution of 12 bits, and bandwidth ranging from 1 GHz to 4.7 GHz. The seven new digitizers are designed to meet the diverse needs of scientists and engineers.

 

The new products are designed for users engaged in research and development and industry to provide them with the most comprehensive measurement solutions. The new digitizer is equipped with complete software tools for capturing, storing and analyzing signals. After receiving the product, users simply connect digitizerNETBOX's Gbit Ethernet port to a computer or corporate network and run the software to use it. In addition, the new product is fully LXI compliant, which ensures seamless integration into various automated test systems.

 

The products are available in seven models, including single and dual channels, with sampling rates up to 3.2 GS/s, 5 GS/s and 10 GS/s. In addition, all product models have 12-bit resolution and bandwidths of 1GHz, 2GHz, 3GHz and 4.7GHz. With outstanding performance, the DN2.33x series is the new flagship of Spectrum's "Netbox" product line. In addition, the family is able to offer more than 70 low-speed Netbox models.

 

High quality input

The new product is equipped with a separate ADC and front-end signal conditioning circuit for each channel, as well as calibrated gain and offset. The input range can be programmed from ±200 millivolts to ±2.5 volts. The dual-channel ADCs feature a synchronous clock that minimizes phase errors, enabling accurate measurements across channels. The series is equipped with high-speed sampling rates and large-capacity on-board memory to efficiently capture and store long or complex signals. Each device comes with 2 GSamples(4 GB) of collection memory, or an optional 8 GSamples(16 GB) of collection memory.

 

Trigger and acquisition mode

The high-capacity memory also combines multiple intelligent trigger and acquisition modes to facilitate efficient acquisition and storage of problematic signals and trigger their timestamps. In addition, the new product supports transient capture, multiple recording, and overlay averaging.

 

software

You can control the device with Spectrum's free SBench6 Pro software or with your own application code to easily capture, display, process, analyze, store, and archive. All digitizerNETBOX products are fully programmable and come with a software development kit that supports multiple programming languages such as C++, Python, MATLAB and LabVIEW.

 

Multifunction line

Front panel connectors make it easier to integrate devices into ATE applications. Dedicated lines can be used for external clocks, trigger signals, and multipurpose lines for a variety of functions, including asynchronous digital input/output, synchronous digital input, trigger, clock output or run and Arm status flags. In addition, high-speed digital pulse generator functions can also be provided according to customer requirements.

 

Easy to carry

The new product, which weighs less than 7 kg, is not only easy to transport, but also easier to operate on a test bench or mobile. A rack mounting kit is also available for mounting the device into a standard 19-inch rack system.
