Successfully applied to Apex Microtechnology's industrial equipment power module family

ROHM's SiC MosFETs and SiC Schottky barrier diodes have been successfully used in Apex Microtechnology's power module family of products. The power module series includes driver module "SA310" (very suitable for high voltage three-phase DC motor drive) and half bridge module "SA110" "SA111" (very suitable for many high voltage applications) two products.

     ROHM's SiC MosFETs and SiC Schottky barrier diodes have been successfully used in the power module family of Apex Microtechnology, a manufacturer of high power analog modules. The power module series includes driver module "SA310" (very suitable for high voltage three-phase DC motor drive) and half bridge module "SA110" "SA111" (very suitable for many high voltage applications) two products.

 

     ROHM's 1,200V SiC MOSFET "S4101" and 650V SiC SBD "S6203" are offered in bare-chip form, and the use of these products by ROHM will help to minisize applications and improve module performance and reliability. In addition, Apex Microtechnology's power module family uses ROHM's grid driver IC "BM60212FV-C" bare chip, which enables more efficient operation of high-voltage motors and power supplies. In addition, according to a survey commissioned by Apex Microtechnology, building these critical components using bare chips can reduce installation area by 67 percent compared to structures composed of discrete components.
