TDK EPCOS compact transformers are shielded by reverse windings to better suppress interference

     TDK EPCOS B78302A series compact transformers with innovative E5 cores are suitable for ultrasonic applications. They consist of three types, with conversion ratios between 1:1:10.8 and 1:1:15.3. Depending on the type, these SMD transformers provide inductance values from 2 mH to 4 mH. They are suitable for frequencies from 50 kHz to 300 kHz. These AEC-Q200 compliant components are very compact in size, only 8.1mm x 7.0mm x 7.0mm, and are shielded by reverse windings for better interference suppression. The permissible temperature range is between -40°C and +125°C.

     These transformers are used in ultrasonic applications to achieve optimal impedance matching between the driver IC and the ultrasonic transmitter or receiver. Typical applications include parking assistance, industrial robots, unmanned aerial vehicles, logistics robots, autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs), and liquid level measurement systems.
