TDK launches a compact DC / DC converter for transformer

     TDK Group has developed a new insulation -type SMD transformer that is suitable for electric vehicles and industrial electronic equipment on the basis of EPCOS EM series transformers. There are four models available in the new series components, covering the ratio ratio of 1: 0.76 to 4: 1 (specifically depending on the specific view model). It is 300 VRMS.

     The new series transformer is extremely compact, with a size of only 11.7 x 13.15 x 11.35 mm. The compact internal structure design meets the requirements of the IEC 60664-1 standard for the space distance and the climbing distance (NP / NS: the smallest space distance of 5.5 mm, the climbing distance Minimum 6mm). With highly automated production processes and AOI tests, we can ensure that all components have excellent repetitiveness and reliability. In addition, components in the new EPCOS transformer series B78307A * A003 also meet the AEC-Q200 Rev. D standard.
